Any misuse of intellectual property will be pursued under Saudi copyright and intellectual property laws.

KOLCT offers collectible cards, digital services, and related products for sale through the Marketplace.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the final product due to printing, design, or technical limitations.

KOLCT reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product offering at any time.

Order Confirmation: All purchases are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Once confirmed, orders are binding and non-cancellable, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Pricing and Payment: Prices are displayed in Saudi riyal (SAR), inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at checkout using approved payment methods. KOLCT reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, unauthorized transactions, or suspected fraud.

Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is 30 to 40 days from the order confirmation date. Delivery times may vary due to production, stock availability, logistics, or unforeseen delays. KOLCT shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure, or third-party logistics providers.

Shipping and Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. KOLCT is not liable for failed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Risk and Ownership: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership transfers only once payment is received in full by KOLCT.

Returns and Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable, except for defective or damaged products as required under applicable consumer protection law. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Force Majeure: KOLCT shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions, government actions, etc.).

KOLCT’s total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

General Conditions: The KOLCT Marketplace provides a resale and auction platform where users can list, bid on, and purchase KOLCT-certified products. All items listed must be original, authenticated KOLCT products.
